This notice covers the booking flow and any email you send us. It is written in plain language, and it describes only what this site actually does.

Collection, use, and deletion
What we collect
When you book a call, you give us your name, email address, and whatever context you type into the booking form (your product, market questions, company). Your calendar invite also records the meeting time and, if you join by video, the meeting link. If you email us instead, we hold that email thread.
Why we use it
To confirm and hold your meeting, to prepare for the conversation, and to reply to you about working together in India. We do not use booking details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them.
Who processes it
Scheduling, reminders, and calendar invites are handled by our booking provider, Cal.com. Email reaches us through our business email provider. These providers process the details only to deliver those functions for us.
Site analytics
We record basic, first-party usage events (which pages and diagrams are viewed, and whether a booking was started) to understand what is useful. These events are not used to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only where we need a record of the discussion. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
Your choices
Write to hello@1x2x.in to ask for a copy of what you sent us, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also cancel or reschedule a meeting from the links in your calendar invite.
